Welcome to HS Jewelry. Each piece is carefully designed to order and produced through trusted third-party manufacturing partners to ensure quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
Because our jewelry is custom-designed and manufactured after purchase, orders require production time before shipment.
Standard Production Timeline
- Custom jewelry orders: 2–6 weeks
- Personalized or engraved items: additional processing time may apply
- Ready-to-ship items (if available): 3–7 business days
Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Design complexity
- Material availability
- Manufacturing workload
- Holiday demand periods
Customers will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping times begin after production is completed.
Domestic Shipping (United States & Puerto Rico)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
International Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
- Customs processing may cause additional delays outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
We may use trusted carriers including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
Carrier selection depends on destination, package value, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
HS Jewelry is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
- Additional shipping fees required for reshipment
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility shifts to the carrier.
HS Jewelry is not liable for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Carrier delays
- Weather-related shipping interruptions
- Customs delays for international shipments
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in filing claims with the carrier when applicable.
Signature Confirmation
For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery for security purposes.
International Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT fees
- Other country-specific charges
These fees are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain regions or countries due to:

Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographs of:
- Packaging
- Shipping label
- Damaged item
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because our jewelry is custom-designed and manufactured specifically for each customer:
- Production cannot always be canceled once manufacturing begins.
- Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by third-party manufacturers may occasionally occur.
